Parita leads people on a journey back to their highest potential, supporting clients in finding ease in mind, body and spirit through virtual sessions, events, courses, and a blog. She blends science and spirituality to meet clients where they are, bringing a realistic yet heart-centered approach to energy healing. Her work draws on more than ten years of self-healing through spirituality and the mind-body connection, and she has trained in reading Akashic Records, Mediumship, Channeling, Integrated Energy Therapy and Medical Intuition.
Reiki
A practice of becoming aware of the innate healing intelligence within us and channeling it consciously — 'Rei' meaning higher intelligence or subtle wisdom, and 'Ki' defined as energy or life force.

Releasing and reprogramming the thoughts, emotions and habits held in the chakra system to restore balance across health, wellbeing, relationships and career.

Energy healing offered remotely over an audio call — as powerful and effective as in-person sessions, rooted in the distance healing symbol.
Reiki Training
Usui Reiki lineage training across three levels — Reiki 1 (Shoden), Reiki 2 (Okuden) and Reiki 3 (Shinpiden) — plus community healing circles.
